15 ILCS 335/4B

The Secretary of State shall coordinate and collect information about senior citizen programs and services to be included in the Senior Citizen discount directories. The Secretary of State shall also work towards the issuance of such directories statewide. Holders of a Senior Citizen discount card shall be entitled to any benefits granted to them by private persons or organizations. This Section does not require any person or organization to provide benefits to any card holder.
