15 ILCS 415/7: Certificate of destruction.

CHAPTER 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Comptroller's Records Act.

Before the destruction of any warrants or records pursuant to this Act, the State Comptroller shall have prepared a certificate setting forth by summary description the warrants or records and the manner, time and place of their destruction. The certificate shall be kept in the permanent files of the Comptroller.
