CHAPTER 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
State Treasurer Act.

The Treasurer shall have the power to make and provide rules and regulations necessary for the effective administrative performance of the duties imposed upon him by law. Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the provisions of "The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act", as amended.
