15 ILCS 510/9b.12: Disciplinary actions.

State Treasurer Employment Code.

For the imposition as a disciplinary measure of suspension from the Office without pay for not longer than 30 calendar days. Notice of such disciplinary action shall be given in writing immediately to the Division of Personnel, which may review any such actions.
