CHAPTER 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Deposit of State Moneys Act.

Any State official or other person who willfully violates any provision of this Act, for which a penalty is not otherwise prescribed, or who willfully neglects or refuses to perform any duty imposed upon such person by the terms of this Act, shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
