20 ILCS 1015/14

The Department of Employment Security shall cooperate and enter into any necessary agreements with the Department of Human Services for the provision of job placement and job referral services to the rehabilitation services clients of the Department of Human Services, including job service registration of such clients with Illinois Employment Security offices and making job listings maintained by the Department available to such clients.
