CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Public Employment Office Act.

Each local office of the Job Service shall transmit to the Attorney General of the State of Illinois and to the appropriate State's Attorney allegations of violations of Sections 8.1 and 8.2. Any such violation shall be punished as a Class A misdemeanor.
