CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Clean Coal FutureGen for Illinois Act of 2011.

The State of Illinois shall issue to the Operator all necessary and appropriate permits consistent with State and federal law and corresponding regulations. The State of Illinois must allow the Operator to combine applications when appropriate, and the State of Illinois must otherwise streamline the application process for timely permit issuance.
