CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Clean Coal FutureGen for Illinois Act of 2011.

This Act shall be repealed within 5 years after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly, unless construction of a pipeline and storage field for captured CO2 for the FutureGen Project has commenced.
