CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Illinois Coal and Energy Development Bond Act.

The Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity is authorized to enter into agreements with a county or counties and expend funds authorized by this Act for purposes set forth in the County Coal Processing Act.
