20 ILCS 1305/10-66: Rate reductions.

Rates for medical services purchased by the Divisions of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Community Health and Prevention, Developmental Disabilities, Mental Health, or Rehabilitation Services within the Department of Human Services shall not be reduced below the rates calculated on April 1, 2011 unless the Department of Human Services promulgates rules and rules are implemented authorizing rate reductions.
