20 ILCS 1310/3.5: Domestic Violence Shelter and Service Fund.

There is created in the State treasury a special fund known as the Domestic Violence Shelter and Service Fund. The State Treasurer shall deposit into the Domestic Violence Shelter and Service Fund each assessment received under the Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act. Moneys deposited into the Fund shall be appropriated to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of providing services specified by this Act.
