Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act.

The Department shall utilize moneys from the Community Mental Health Services Block Grant Fund in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the federal Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental Health Administration Reorganization Act (P.L. 102-321).
