CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Military Code of Illinois.

When in active service of the State, under orders of the Commander-in-Chief, enlisted personnel of the Illinois National Guard shall receive all pay as provided by law for enlisted personnel of the armed forces of the United States of like grade and longevity.
