CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Abandoned Mined Lands and Water Reclamation Act.

The Department may adopt rules for the administration and enforcement of this Act. Such rules shall be adopted in accordance with the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.
