20 ILCS 205/205-30: Production and marketing statistics.

The Department has the power to collect and publish statistics relating to crop production and marketing and to the production of and marketing of beef, pork, poultry, mutton, wool, butter, cheese, and other agricultural products so far as that statistical information may be of value to the agricultural and allied interests of the State.
