20 ILCS 2105/2105-200: Index of formal decisions regarding disciplinary action.

The Department shall maintain an index of formal decisions regarding the issuance of or refusal to issue licenses, the renewal of or refusal to renew licenses, the revocation or suspension of licenses, and probationary or other disciplinary action taken by the Department after August 31, 1971 (the effective date of Public Act 77-1400). The index shall be available to the public during regular business hours.
