Pregnant women; medical consequences of alcohol, drug, and tobacco use and abuse. The Department shall, from funds appropriated for that purpose, conduct an ongoing, statewide education program to inform pregnant women of the medical consequences of alcohol, drug, and tobacco use and abuse.
