CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH

In this Law:

"Department" means the Department of Public Health.

"Director" means the Director of Public Health.

"Public health emergency" has the meaning set forth in Section 4 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act.
