20 ILCS 2310/2310-655: Technical assistance on playgrounds.

The Department of Public Health shall provide technical assistance materials based on guidelines or standards such as the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's guidelines, the U.S. Access Board final guidelines, or the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials by June 30, 2011. The materials may be available on the Department's website.

Nothing in this Section shall be construed as imposing any mandate concerning equipment in restaurants or dwellings.
