CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Illinois State Police Act.

The Illinois State Police shall maintain divisions in accordance with Section 2605-25 of the Illinois State Police Law. The Illinois State Police, by the Director, shall appoint State policemen, also known as State Police Officers, as provided in this Act.
