Illinois State Police Act.

The Director may also authorize any civilian employee of the Illinois State Police who is not a State policeman to be a truck weighing inspector with the power of enforcing the provisions of Sections 15-102, 15-103, 15-107, 15-111, and 15-301 and subsection (d) of Section 3-401 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
