CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Illinois State Police Act.

The Director of the Illinois State Police and the Illinois State Police Academy shall ensure all Illinois State Police cadets and officers comply with all statutory, regulatory, and department mandated training. The Illinois State Police Academy shall maintain and store training records for Illinois State Police officers.
