20 ILCS 2610/8.2

All State Policemen, regardless of rank, shall receive a longevity increment at the start of their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 25th years of service with the Illinois State Police amounting to approximately five percent of a trooper's salary for the year preceding that service anniversary.
