20 ILCS 2705/2705-265: Use of coal combustion by-products.

The Department shall, where economically feasible and safe, foster the use of coal combustion by-products by specifying usage of these by-products in road building materials and by developing and including specifications for their use in beds, fills, backfills, trenches, and embankments.
