20 ILCS 2705/2705-405: Preparation of State Rail Plan.

In preparation of the State Rail Plan under Section 2705-400, the Department shall consult with recognized railroad labor organizations, the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, railroad management, all Class 1 and short line railroads, relevant businesses engaged in the railroad industry, affected units of local government, affected State agencies, and affected shipping interests.
