20 ILCS 2705/2705-616: State safety oversight for rail fixed guideway systems.

The Department shall develop, adopt, and implement a system safety program standard and establish procedures to comply with 49 U.S.C. 5329 and 49 U.S.C. 5330 as required under paragraph (7) of Section 2705-300 of the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.
