- Department of Veterans Affairs Act.
The Department shall make reasonable rules and regulations to govern the admission, maintenance, and discharge of residents of the Illinois Veterans Homes consistent with the spirit and provisions of Sections 2.01 through 2.06. Whenever an applicant is admitted, the Department shall notify him or her of such rules and regulations.
