When used in connection with a State budget or expenditure or estimate, items (1) through (16) in the classification of objects stated in Section 7 shall have the meanings ascribed to those items in Sections 14 through 24.7, respectively, of the State Finance Act.

When used in connection with a State budget or expenditure or estimate, items (18) and (19) in the classification of objects stated in Section 7 shall have the meanings ascribed to those items in Sections 24.12 and 24.13, respectively, of the State Finance Act.
