20 ILCS 301/25-10: Promulgation of regulations.

The Department shall adopt regulations for licensure, certification for Medicaid reimbursement, and to identify evidence-based best practice criteria that can be utilized for intervention and treatment services, taking into consideration available resources and facilities, for the purpose of early and effective treatment of substance use disorders.
