Prevention and Treatment of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Block Grant Fund. Monies received from the federal government under the Block Grant for the Prevention and Treatment of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse shall be deposited into the Prevention and Treatment of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Block Grant Fund which is hereby created as a special fund in the State treasury. Monies in this fund shall be appropriated to the Department and expended for the purposes and activities specified by federal law or regulation.
