CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Capital Development Board Act.

To accept assignment of contracts entered into by other State agencies for construction services on projects over which the Board shall have jurisdiction, whether or not such contracts shall have been awarded in accordance with the terms of the Illinois Procurement Code.
