20 ILCS 3205/8: Transfer of personnel (1967).

All the persons employed on December 31, 1966 in the Banking Division of the Department of Financial Institutions shall be transferred on January 1, 1967 to the office of the Commissioner in the same position, status and pay grades including, without limitation, the continuances of any vacation pay, sick leave, pensions or other benefits to which they would otherwise be entitled.
