20 ILCS 3405/5.1

The powers, duties and authority granted to the Department of Conservation pursuant to the provisions of Section 63a21.2 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (renumbered; now Section 805-315 of the Department of Natural Resources (Conservation) Law, 20 ILCS 805/805-315) to offer a cash incentive to a qualified bidder for the development, construction and supervision of a concession complex at Lincoln's New Salem State Park are transferred to the Department.
