20 ILCS 3435/10

Files containing information on known archaeological and paleontological sites. The Department shall develop and maintain files containing information on known archaeological and paleontological sites in the State, whether on State controlled or privately owned property. The Department shall ensure the safety of those sites by promulgating regulations limiting access to those files as necessary.
