CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Illinois Finance Authority Act.

The Authority may develop a program for financing the production of motion pictures in the State of Illinois. All projects financed by the Authority shall require the approval of both the Illinois Arts Council and the Authority.
