20 ILCS 3501/825-105: Illiana Expressway financing.

For the purpose of financing the Illiana Expressway under the Public Private Agreements for the Illiana Expressway Act, the Authority is authorized to apply for an allocation of tax-exempt bond financing authorization provided by Section 142(m) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, as well as financing available under any other federal law or program.
