20 ILCS 3501/825-106.5: South Suburban Airport financing.

For the purpose of financing the South Suburban Airport under the Public-Private Agreements for the South Suburban Airport Act, the Authority is authorized to apply for an allocation of tax-exempt bond financing authorization provided by Section 142(m) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, as well as financing available under any other federal law or program.
