20 ILCS 3501/825-108: Transportation project financing.

For the purpose of financing a transportation facility undertaken under the Innovations for Transportation Infrastructure Act, the Authority may apply for an allocation of tax-exempt bond financing authorization provided by subsection (m) of Section 142 of the United States Internal Revenue Code, as well as financing available under any other federal law or program.
