CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Illinois Power Agency Act.

Any party receiving electricity shall make timely payment on all bills rendered by the Agency. Any violation of contractual terms by a party receiving electricity from an Agency facility is grounds for cancellation and termination of the contract.
