20 ILCS 3930/11: Other Functions.

Effective April 1, 1983, if any of the functions relating to the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities described in paragraph (b) of Section 10 of this Act - other than such of said functions, if any, as pertain primarily to the juvenile justice programs referred to in paragraph (a) of Section 10 of this Act -- have not been fully completed and performed by the Illinois Law Enforcement Commission, the same shall be transferred to and assumed by the Authority.
