A person, who in good faith, files a complaint or provides information to the Commission or any division thereof, including private citizens and employees of service providers, shall not be subject to any penalties, sanctions, or restrictions as a consequence of filing the complaint or providing the information.

A person, including a private citizen or employee of a service provider, who, in good faith, files a complaint with or provides information to the Department or any of its divisions shall not be subject to any penalties, sanctions, or restrictions as a consequence of filing the complaint or providing the information.
