20 ILCS 3955/35.5: Applicability to employee status.

Nothing in this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly affects or otherwise changes the status and rights of any employees of the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission who are covered under the Personnel Code, the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, an applicable collective bargaining agreement, or a pension, retirement, or annuity plan.
