CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act.

It is hereby specifically declared that the powers and functions exercised and performed by the State pursuant to this Act are exclusive to the State of Illinois and that these powers and functions shall not be exercised, either independently or concurrently, by any home rule unit.
