20 ILCS 3960/19: Rules.

The rules promulgated by the Agency under this Act that are in effect on the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1995, as contained in Title 77 of the Illinois Administrative Code, Chapter II, Parts 1100 through 1260, inclusive, shall be the rules of the State Board. Any proposed rule in the process of promulgation by the Agency on the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1995 shall be considered to be a rule proposed by the State Board and shall retain the same status in the promulgation process.
