20 ILCS 4026/18: Sex offender treatment contracts with providers.

The county probation department or the Department of Human Services shall not employ or contract with and shall not allow a sex offender to employ or contract with any individual or entity to provide sex offender evaluation or treatment services pursuant to this Act unless the sex offender evaluation or treatment services provided are by a person licensed under the Sex Offender Evaluation and Treatment Provider Act pursuant to item (2) of subsection (f) of Section 15 of this Act.
