20 ILCS 405/405-190: Reduced rates and fares for State employee travel.

To negotiate with vendors to establish reduced rates and fares applicable for transportation and lodging for State employees traveling on official business, and to publish a directory or listing of those fares and rates. The publication shall be made available to all State agencies in sufficient quantities to maximize utilization of the reduced rates and fares.
