20 ILCS 405/405-285: Fees for maintaining motor vehicles.

To charge, collect, and receive from all other agencies of the State government fees or moneys equivalent to the costs of repairing, servicing, and maintaining motor vehicles used by those other agencies under Section 405-280. All contracts let under the provisions of this Law shall be awarded in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Illinois Purchasing Act.
