CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Commission to Study Disproportionate Justice Impact Act.

The Commission shall hold one or more public hearings, at which public testimony shall be heard. The Commission shall report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2010, after which the Commission shall dissolve.
