20 ILCS 5/5-620: Bond.

Each executive and administrative officer whose office is created by the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois or by any amendments to the Code shall give bond before entering upon the discharge of the duties of his or her office by inclusion in the blanket bond or bonds or self-insurance program provided for in Sections 14.1 and 14.2 of the Official Bond Act.

All official bonds required to be executed and filed under this Section are subject to the requirements of the Official Bond Act.
